FROZEN MOCKTAIL IN TENDER COCONUT WATER

A  colourful refresher and natural thirst quencher for this scorching summer with tender coconut water.
Tender coconut water (elaneer/nariyal pani) a natural, nutrient rich isotonic drink. It is high in electrolytes, chlorides, potassium, and magnesium and has a moderate amount of sugar, sodium and protein. It's also a good source of dietary fibre, manganese, calcium, riboflavin and vitamin C.







INGREDIENTS
Grape extract                         - 1cup
Musk melon extract            - 1 cup
Orange extract                       - 1 cup
Pomegranate pearls              ½ cup
Tender coconut water       - 2 to 3 cups






METHOD
Blend grapes, musk melon, and oranges in a blender adding one tbsp of honey.
Mix the musk melon and orange extract together.
Pour the extract in to the ice tray  and freeze it until set.
Pour the tender coconut water into a tall glass and put the frozen fruit cubes in it.
Drop the pomegranate pearls into it.
Healthy, colourful thirst quencher is ready to drink.
Serve chilled.

NOTES

You can prepare this with any fruit of your choice.
