RADDISH TOOTY FROOTY PAYASAM

And another unique onam special payasam from Sachu’s kitchen is radish payasam. Weirrrrrdddd!!!!!!!!!!, I was really sceptical about the taste and was wondering about the “famous” smell of daikon !! But when I prepared payasam with the combo of  tooty frooty  , I was so amazed by it’s heavenly  taste . No one can find out that this payasam is prepared from Radish.
Believe me , those who don’t like radish , will love this payasam too.
So friends try this Radish payasam for this onam and make this onam an unique one


INGREDIENTS:    
Grated radish     - 1cup
Tooty frooty red colour          - ¼ cup
Sugar                          - ¼ cup

INGREDIENTS FOR GARNISHING
Tooty frooties           - 1 tsp




METHOD
Grate the radish finely and squeeze out all the water from it.
Boil it in boiling water for 5 minutes . Drain out all the water and squeeze out the water again .
Now cook radish and tooty frooty with milk , until  ssoft.
Add the sugar and cook in medium flame till you get desired consistency.
Remove from flame and garnish it with fried cashews.tooty frooties.
Radish tooty frooty payasam is ready to serve.
An unique payasam to celebrte Onam in unique way.
