Dry roast   multigrain flour for few seconds and remove from the heat.
Mix buttermilk and  flour in a bowl without any  lumps. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and season it with broken red chilies, mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
Add  ginger green chilli paste and fry for a minute, add asofeotid and add chopped onions and fry till onion becomes transperent on low flame.
Add flour and  buttermilk mixture and mix frequently to avoid lumps and cook in a low medium flame and cook till the mixture should leave the sides of pan.
To check  it, take some  mor kali and touch it with wet finger. It should not stick to your finger. If its sticking, then cook for another few mins.
Remove from flame. Pour this mixture on a greased plate and cut into desired shapes.
Garnish it with roasted peanuts
 Serve hot.
