This is my 50th post on the blog!
 Hope everybody enoy this special recipe!


Milk-2 cups
Fresh Cream -1 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Rose Milk Essence-20-25 drops


Boil and allow the milk to cool.
Add cream, sugar and rose milk essence and mix well.
Pour the liquid in the mould.
Place the stick on top.
Freeze the mould overnight.
To unmould the popsicles place the mould below running water for 20 seconds.
Pull the stick and the popsicle will come out.
Enoy your gulabi popsicle.
