ELANEER PAYASAM

A typical summer refresher and a wonderful dessert to this summer.
Make this summer a healthier and celebrate with this cool, cool elaneer payasam.

INGREDIENTS

ELANEER PAYASAM
INGREDIENTS :
MILK – 2LITRES
TENDER COCONUT WATER ( ELANEER ) – 1 TO 2 LITRES
TENDER COCOMUT PULP – 2 CUPS
COCONUT MILK FIRST EXTRACT  - 1 CUP
JAGGERY – ½ KG
CARDAMOM POWDER – 1 TSP




METHOD


BOIL THE MILK & COOK TILL THREE FOURTH OF THE MILK IS REDUCED .
LET THE MILK  COME TO ROOM TEMPERATURE .
MEANWHILE  POWDER THE JAGGERY FINELY  & MIX WITH THE COCONUT WATER . STRAIN THIS MIXTURE WITH THE STRAINER .
WHIP THE COCONUT PULP . DO NOT MAKE IT AS PASTE .
MIX THE WHIPPED PULP  & THE COCONUT MILK  WITH THE COCONUT WATER & JAGGERY MIX .
FINALLY MIX ALL THESE WITH  THE COOLED MILK . &  ADD THE POWDERED CARDAMOM .
SERVE CHILLED .
