Rasberries are rich in vitamin C and high in anti-oxidants,These are not only a tasty start  but also  healthy one too.
Enjoy the sweet and tart flavour of delicious raspberry pudding on this Valentine's day.


Milk                                                    - 1 cup
Water                                                 - 1 cup
Condensed milk                           - 1/2 cup
Vanilla / rasberry essence        - 1 tspRasberry extract                            - 1 tspRasberry puree                               - 1/2 cup
Sugar                                                   - 2 tbsp (adjust according to your sweetness)China grass threads                      - 5 gms (chopped)


 In a pan boil, milk, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla essence in a medium flame.
 In a another pan heat water and sprinkle the choppedchina grass, boil in a medium flame for 4-5 minutes or until completely dissolved
 Now pour the china grass mixture to the milk mixture and heat further for 3 minutes in a medium flame.
 Now add rasberry puree, raspberry / vanilla essence mix well  and remove from flame.
 Now pour this mixture into serving bowls and let it sit until it comes to room temperature.
 Once cooled down you will notice that the pudding is set and firm to the touch
 Keep in the refrigerator to set for minimum 3-4 hours or overnight.

Garnish with grated chocolates and serve chilled.
