EGGLESS POMEGRANATE APPLE PUDDING


Try out this  easy eggless pomegranate apple pudding . You can make this pudding with any fruits of your choice.






INGREDIENTS

Milk                                            - ½ litre.
Condensed milk                    - 100 ml
Sugar                                          - ¼ cup
China grass                               - 5 grams
Chopped Apple                     -  2 nos (small)
Pomegranate extract          - from 2  small pomegranates
Pomegranate pearls              - for decoration







METHOD

Soak the china grass in ¾ cup of water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mean while in a pan boil condensed milk and milk adding sugar in a medium flame.
In another pan cook the china grass in a medium flame till it dissolves.
Mix well the boiled milk and dissolved china grass together.
Add the finely chopped apples and pomegranate extract and mix well and pour into the pudding moulds.
Refrigerate till the pudding is set.
Decorate with pomegranate pearls.
