A perfect and easy monsoon snack from jackfruit seed and brown bread.Jackfruit seed brown bread fritters.This spicy fritters make your monsoon evening more enjoyable.


Brown Bread crumbs - 2 cups
Jack fruit Seeds          – 2 cups (boiled and ground)
Corn flour                       - 2 tbsps
Onion                             –  2 nos (finely chopped)
Green chili                     – 2 nos
Red chili powder         – 1 tbsp
Pizza seasoning             - 1 tbsp
Chat masala                     - 1 tsp
Soya sauce                       - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste      - 1 tbsp                       
Salt                                    – to taste
Oil                                     - to deep fry


Blend the boiled jackfruit seeds in a blender.
Mix everything together except oil.(No need to add water, add if you feel the dough is very thick.)
Heat oil in a pan .
Make lemon sized balls from the bread  and jackfruit mixture and flatten between both of your palms and gently drop it into the hot oil.
Fry the vadas till golden colour, remove from flame and drain it in a colander.
Jack fruit seed bread fritters are ready to serve.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
