MANGO MILK SHAKE

MANGO MILK SHAKE:

 Mango shake is highly beneficial in gaining weight because of the presence of adequate amount of protein both in milk and mango. Mango in mango shake has high amount of pectin, a dietary fiber and helpful in lowering cholesterol from blood. In summer it is a great thirst reliever in summer season! Enjoy the great drink!!
Here's the recipe try it out!

Ingredients:                                           
  • Sweet variety ripe  mangoes  -2
  • Cold milk                                    -4 cups
  • Sugar                                           -1 cup
  • Heavy Cream                             -1/4 cup

Method: 

  • Wash the mangoes peel skin and cut into pieces.
  • Put in a mixi jar add sugar,1 cup milk,cream and  blend well.
  • Add the remaining milk and mix well.

    Serve Chilled.
