INGREDIENTS
whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Multigrain powder
/ sathu maavu - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - 5 tbsps for
kneading + for deep frying

METHOD
Knead a firm dough
with the above lngredients using warm water.Heat oil in a deep
and heavy bottomed pan.Meanwhile,make
small dough balls and roll the puris in small circlesRoll all the puris
and keep aside on a greased plate.Fry them in
batches of 2-3 in the pan at medium temperature.Serve hot with any
accomplishments of your choice.
