METHOD

Add grated cheese, maida, corn flour, finely chopped coriander leaves, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, and salt  to the coarsely ground sweet corn kernels.
Mix everything well .With damp hand shape the mixture into balls and refregirate the balls for fifteen minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the refregirated balls till golden colour.
Drain it in a colander.
Make more balls by following  the above method with remaining mixture.
Corn cheese balls are ready to serve.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

NOTE

Make sure there is no moisture in the corn while grinding. If you feel the dough is watery, then add little more cornflour and maida. Do not add more  it will make the balls hard.If You use the whole corn it may pop out while frying.I used fresh sweet corn, you can use frozen too. Frozen corns should be thawed and  should be boiled for few minutes.
