Rice flour                      -       2 cups
Potatoes                        -        2 large nos
Sour curd                      -        1/2 cup
Green chillies                -       6 finely chopped
Coriander leaves           -       1 small bunch
Salt                                -       to taste


Boil the potatoes, peel and mesh well.

In a mixie, blend the mashed potatoes, rice flour, curd, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.

Add sufficient water to form a batter of pouring consistency.

Heat  the tawa, pour a laddle full of batter in the centre and spread in a circular motion towards the outer edge and add a tsp of oil around and turnover .

Serve hot with chutney.
