Potato doughnut is a tasty and spicy evening
snack. It is easy to prepare too. Doughnuts are prepared basically with maida. But
I have tried this with some leftover home made
breadcrumbs instead of maida, with potatoes, onions and our spicy garam masala

Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Pav baji masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
oil - for deep frying

Shape the mixture into
balls and flatten it slightly and with the doughnut cutter press it. then you
will get the shape of doughnut and keep aside.

Drain it in a colander
and the Potato doughnuts are ready to serve.
Serve hot with tomato
ketchup.
NOTES
If you don’t have
doughnut cutter, flatten the potato balls slightly make a hole in the centre or
shape it like a ball and deep fry it till golden colour.
