Sweet Alphonsa mango dosa a variety dosa for all  dosa lovers. Unique taste of this dosa surely make you to taste again and again.  Check out the spicy version of the recipe in  alphonsa mango dosa


Raw rice                                                  - 2 cups
Jaggery                                                    - ¾ cup
Alphonsa mango puree                    -  from 2 mangoes (medium sized)
Cardamom powder                           - ¼ tsp
Ghee                                                        - for preaparing dosas.


Wash and soak the rice in water for 2 hrs.Wash well drain the water and.grind to a smooth paste, finally add the mango puree and mix well  and keep aside.Place jaggery with ¼ cup of water in a pan and stir over a low heat till jaggery melts.Remove from heat strain it and allow to cool.Mix this with the batter and add cardamom powder.Stir the dosa batter well.Grease a dosa pan.Pour a ladle full of batter and spread in a circular motion and drizzle a tsp of ghee around dosa.Flip on to the other side and cook for few seconds.Sweet alphonsa mango dosa is ready to serve.
