INGREDIENTS:

Maida - 2 cups (heaped)

Fresh thick curds -1/2 cup
·
Milk - ¼ cup
·
Oil - 1½ tsp (for the dough)
·
Cooking soda - 3 pinches
·
Salt - ¾ tsp

METHOD:
· Blend salt, soda and oil to flour in mixing bowl.
· Pour curds, milk and knead well.( if necessary add more milk while kneading).
· Keep closed for 2-3 hours.
· Make even sized balls , dredge in maida and roll out and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
