LENTIL DOSA

INGREDIENTS:

Green gram dhal ( dehusked )                        - 1 cup
Raw rice                                                         - 2 tbsp
Salt                                                                 - to taste
Oil                                                                  - to preapare dosas

METHOD:

Soak green gram dhal & rice together for two hours .
Grind to smooth paste & add required salt .
Pour immediately after grinding .
Spread from centre to outer edge while pouring dosa.
Fry oon both sides with little oil.
Serve with onion chutney or coconut chutney .
