Godhumai dosa or wheat flour dosa is a quick and easy dish which is uaually preapared in twenty
minutes.This is
also a boon recipie for working women. You can either preapare it for breakfast
or for dinner. Usually this dosa is preapared with wheat flour and rice flour
by adding seasonings .
I have
preapared this dosa by adding coriander coconut chutney in the batter. So no need
of any accompaniments for this dosa. Just a spicy pickle is enough.
