blend of yogurt / curd, spices and fruit. Traditional lassi is a savoury drink, flavoured with roasted and ground cumin. Sweet lassi contains
sugar or fruits.Beat this heat with fresh fruits and fresh curds.Try out this refreshing cool orange honey lassi.
INGREDIENTS
Chilled
yogurt - 1 ½ cups
Hung curd - ½ cup
Honey -
2 tbsp
Fresh oranges peeled & chopped - 2 nos
FOR GARNISHING
Chopped oranges -
1 tbsp
Orange zest -
½ tsp
METHOD
In
a blender blend chilled yogurt, honey, hung curd and oranges.
Garnish
with chopped oranges and orange zest.
Serve
chilled.
NOTES
Don’t
add ice cubes to your lassi use fresh chilled yogurt.
