NEER MOR (SALT LASSI)

Another nivedyam recipe of Sri Rama Navami Neer mor(salt lassi)

INGREDIENTS

Yoghurt           - 1cup
Coriander leaves -1 tbsp
Green chilly – 1 or 2  ( depending upon your taste )
Ginger – ¼ inch piece
Curry leaves -1 tbsp
Salt – to taste





METHOD

Blend green chilly, ginger, cor . leaves, curry leaves, ginger  salt  everything well with little water  .
Strain this mixture .
Add curd to this mixture and blend for a minute .
Neer moru is ready for nivedyam.

Serve chilled .
