that there is no need to prepare another
accompaniment for this dosa, but still khadi is the best combination for this.Even
persons who doesn’t love radish, love these raddish dosas.
INGREDIENTS
Boiled Rice - 2 cups
Radish (finely grated) -1 small
small onions - 10 nos
Green chillies - 5 nos
Garlic (optional) - 2 nos
Salt – to taste

Oil - as needed
METHOD
Soak rice in water for an two hours
Grate raddish and grind it with soaked rice, onion , green chillies and garlic squeeze water.
add required salt with the batter and mix well.
Heat a tawa and make like ordinary dosas turning to both sides.
Serve hot with khadi.

VARIATIONS
Can also add grated coconut.
