SALT AND SPICY LASSI
- Chilled Full fat fresh yogurt – 1 cup
- Small onions -2 nos ( optional )
- Coriander leaves -1 tbsp
- Green chilly – 1 or 2
( depending upon your taste )
- Ginger – ¼ inch piece
- Curry leaves -1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Blend onions, green chilly, ginger, cor . leaves, curry
leaves, ginger salt everything well with little water .
- Strain this mixture .
- Add curd to this mixture and blend for a minute .
Serve chilled .
