Sweet corn roti is one of the best recipes you can try out.  Made from one of the best natural sweet ingredients,sweet  corn is healthy for you to consume as breakfast as it is rich in fiber. Corn is good to improve the memory and also helps in concentration and this rich in fiber too.


Fresh Sweet Corn kernels                - 1 cup
Wheat Flour                                           - 1 1/2  cups
Green Chillies                                        -5 nos
Cumin Seed powder                          -  1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder                               - 2 pinches
Salt                                                           - to taste
Oil or ghee                                            - to fry the rotis


Grate the corn,crush the green chillies and add cumin seed powder into the grated sweet corns and mix everything together with required salt and keep aside.
 In a mixing bowl, add the sweet corn mixture, wheat flour, and turmeric and knead into a smooth dough.
 Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a round shape using wheat flour for dusting.
Fry  the roti on a hot pan, cook for a minute. Add a little oil or ghee  around the edges, turn and fry the other side.
Hot sweet corn roti is ready to serve.
Serve hot with any accompaniments of your choice.
