JACK FRUIT PICKLE
Ingredients
- 500gm raw jackfruit cut into small pieces and boiled
- 8 Green chillies
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- Rock salt as required
- 1 cup oil
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1½ tsp dried mustard seeds (powdered)
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1½ tbsp lime juice
- 1½ tbsp Vinegar
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies crushed along with rock salt and cook for 2 minutes
- Add
the boiled raw jack fruit pieces, turmeric powder, chilli powder,
mustard seed powder, and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
- Remove from heat and add lime juice and vinegar and stir well
- Pickle is ready to be serve
