For all the dosa lovers a unique dosa variety for your
breakfast, Spicy jack fruit dosa. I have already posted a jackfruit sweet dosa in my blog. Now for the
spice lovers I havepreapared this spicy version.Try this spicy jack fruit dosa and enjoy this jackfruit season.

INGREDIENTS
Raw rice -
1cup
Cumin seeds -
1 tsp
Methi seeds -
½ tsp
Red chillies -
5 nos
Jack fruit puree (half ripened) -
1 cup
Asafetida -
¼ tsp
Salt -
to taste
Oil -
for making dosas
METHOD
Wash and soak rice with red chillies, seeds and methi
seeds for two hours.
Grind to a smooth paste adding enough water, salt, chilli
powder, and asafetida.
Finally add the jack fruit puree and mix well.
Heat the dosa pan; pour a ladle full of
batter and spread it in circular motion from inside.
Drizzle a tsp
of oil around the edges of dosa and cook for few seconds and flip over the
other side and cook for a minute.
Remove dosa
from the pan and serve hot.
VARIATIONS
You can season the dosa batter with mustard and
cumin seeds
