THINAI CHEESE PAKORAS

Cheese Pakora is one of the most delicious snack dish made with processed cheese, besan flour etc.  To make it healthy I have prepared it with thinai/ foxtail millet powder. This is the best snack dish, which can be served as an appetizer as well, and tastes heavenly. For sure kids  will love this






INGREDIENTS

Thinai (foxtail millet) powder        - ½ cup
Maida                                                          -2 cups
Besan                                                          - ½ cup
Grated Processed cheese                   - 1 ½ cups
Beaten curd                                             - ½ cup to ¾ cup
Ginger garlic green chillies paste  - 2 tbsps
Salt                                                              - to taste
Oil                                                               - for deep frying







METHOD

Heat  a pan and roast  thinai/ foxtail millet  till golden colour.
Allow it to cool and powder it to rava like.
Take a bowl and mix  everything together like pakora batter.
If the batter is too thick just sprinkle some water and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonful of  batter gently into the oil.
Fry pakoras till golden and crisp.
Thinai cheese pakoras are ready to serve.
 Serve hot and enjoy it with a cup of hot tea.
