Cheese Pakora is one of the most delicious snack dish made
with processed cheese, besan flour etc. To make it healthy I have prepared it with thinai/
foxtail millet powder. This is the best snack dish, which
can be served as an appetizer as well, and tastes heavenly. For sure kids will love this
INGREDIENTS
Maida -2
cups
Besan -
½ cup
Grated Processed
cheese - 1 ½ cups
Beaten curd - ½ cup to ¾ cup
Ginger garlic
green chillies paste - 2 tbsps
Salt - to
taste
Oil -
for deep frying
METHOD
Heat a pan and roast thinai/ foxtail millet till golden colour.
Allow it to cool and powder it to rava like.
Take a bowl and mix everything together like pakora batter.
If the batter is too thick just sprinkle some water and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonful of batter gently into the oil.
Fry pakoras till golden and crisp.
Thinai cheese pakoras are ready to serve.
Serve hot and enjoy it with a cup of hot tea.
