Murungakkai payasam/ drumstick payasam Sounds

Murungai kaai payasam or Drumstick kheer is a healthy bowl of deliciousness. It
is very easy to prepare and tasty too. Try out this healthy payasam for this
onam.
INGREDIENTS:
Drumsticks /
murungaikaai – 4 nos
Sugar – ½ cup
Milk – 500 ml
Nutmeg and cinnamon powder - a pinch
Sugar – ½ cup
Milk – 500 ml
Nutmeg and cinnamon powder - a pinch
METHOD
Boil the
drumsticks and remove the inner flesh.and keep aside.
Boil
the milk and add sugar,drumstick, and mix
well.
Add
sugar and boil in a medium flame till you get desired consistency
Add nutmeg and cinnamon powder and remove from flame.
Add nutmeg and cinnamon powder and remove from flame.
Serve chilled.
