PANEER HONEY ADHIRASAM

Diwali is approaching and all will be thinking to prepare sweets for diwali. Home made dishes are always have a special place, but lot of us don’t have time nowadays because we women are also equally working hard in our carreer. At the same time we have to satisfy our family needs too, especially when it comes to festival season.
So for my smart and beautiful women friends, I have given the recipe of easy, simple, hassle free of course tasty, healthy and yummy adhirasam recipe. Yeah adhirasam prepared from home made paneer and honey. Paneer honey adhirasam. Try out this recipe to and make your diwali a special one.






INGREDIENTS
Crumbled home made Paneer                                 - 200 grams
Rice flour                                            - 200 gms
Milk powder                                       - 50 grams
Coconut milk powder                                    - 2 tbsps
Gulab jamoon mix or maida with a pinch of baking soda              - 4 tbsps
Honey                                                                                     - 200 gms
Milk                                                                                         - required for batter.
Cardamom powder                                                               - ¼ tsp
Oil                                                                                           - for deep frying







 


METHOD
Mix all the ingredients without any lumps with required amount of milk.
The batter should neither be thick nor too watery.
Heat a pan with oil.
If you have cookie cutters place the cookie cutters in the oil and pour the batter inside the cutter and place a cashew in the centre.
If you don’t have cookie cutters don’t bother. Pour a small ladle full of batter in the oil and fry it.
Fry it in a medium flame.
Flip on to the other side and cook till adhirasam gets golden brown colour.
