Butter beans / mochai,

INGREDIENTS
Butter beans / mochai -
1 cup
Brown rice -
1 cup
Methi seeds -
1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 10 cloves
Small onions -
10 nos
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Cumin seeds -
1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil or ghee -
to cook butter bean / mochai dosas
METHOD
Wash and Soak butter bean and brown rice together with
methi seeds, pepper, and cumin seeds for
2 to 3 hours
Grind it with garlic, small onions and ginger to a fine
paste.
Add salt and mix well.
Heat a dosa tawa and pour a
ladle full of batter and spread it in circular motion from inside.
Drizzle a
tsp of oil around the edges of dosa and cook for few seconds and flip over the
other side and cook for a minute.
Remove
dosa from the pan and serve hot with sambar or chutney as you wish.
