CREAMY WATER MELON LASSI

Another refreshing lassi for this summer. Creamy watermelon lassi with a dash of ginger extract and pepper powder. Instead of honey You can also add salt  if you want a salt lassi. Try this out.









INGREDIENTS

Watermelon deseeded & cubed                   - 2 cups
 Honey                                                             - 1 tbsp
Ginger extract                                                 - 1 to 2 tbsps
Black pepper powder                                      - 1/4 tsp
Thick chilled yoghurt                                     - 1 cup
Fresh cream                                                   - ¼ cup to ½ cup
Water melon cubes                                        - 2 or 3 for garnishing





METHOD
Blend deseeded  watermelon cubes, yoghurt, fresh cream, pepper powder, ginger extract  and honey.
Creamy water melon lassi is ready to drink.
Serve with  fresh water melon cubes.
