Potato lollipop recipe is
an easy snack recipe for kids and toddlers made with boiled potato and
bread. A great tea time snack
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes,boiled and peeled - 4 nos
Ginger
garlic paste -
1 tbsp
Bread slices -
4 slices
Cornflour - 4 tbsps
Coriander
leaves finely chopped -
2 tbsps
Channa masala
powder - 2 tbsps
Salt -
to taste
Aamchoor
powder -
1 tsp
Oil -for
deep frying
METHOD
Boil and peel the
potatoes and mash well.
Mix ginger garlic
paste,chopped coriander leaves, channa masala powder, aam choor powder,
required salt,and corn four.
Soak the bread slices in
water for 2-3 minutes,squeeze the water well and add it to the mashed potato
mixture
Mix well to form a dough.
Shape into medium sized lollipops from the dough and fry till golden.
Allow it to cool for 5
minutes.
Insert lollipop sticks or
snack pickers into each lollipop.
Potato lollipops are ready to serve.
NOTES
You can also add boiled peas, carrots along
with other veggies.
