Ragi pakoda is a
simple and tasty dish that can be made in no time. Ragi is a best food for
weight control, diabetes and cooling the body. The jowar flour is a rich source of key vitamins and
minerals, though it contains a fairly high amount of calories and a small
amount of fat. It's an excellent source of fiber, however, so it's worth
incorporating into your diet. Bency rava gives crispiness to the pakoras.
